Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received and verified.
Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and holidays.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
During periods of high order volume, product launches, sales events, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.
Processing times are separate from shipping and delivery times.
Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery
We offer shipping through trusted third-party carriers. Available shipping methods and estimated delivery windows are displayed during checkout.
Estimated delivery times generally are 3-10 business days.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless specifically stated otherwise.
Actual delivery times may vary due to:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing
- Incorrect address information
- High shipping volume periods
- Events outside our control
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be subject to any stated terms or minimum purchase requirements.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.
Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take time to appear after shipment.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
Wild 5 Performance is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from inaccurate or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

We cannot guarantee modifications after an order has entered processing.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
After an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's operations.
Wild 5 Performance is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If tracking indicates your package was lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing may require customers to contact the carrier directly and/or file a claim where applicable.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may have shipping limitations due to local laws, regulations, carrier restrictions, or product availability.
We reserve the right to restrict shipment to certain regions or locations.
Split Shipments
Some orders may ship in multiple packages depending on inventory availability, warehouse locations, or product type.
If your order ships separately, tracking details may be provided for each shipment.
