Prep & Verification
Disconnect battery, verify vehicle configuration (GT/Dark Horse, active-exhaust), inspect cooling and ignition components.
Remove factory strut-tower brace (not compatible).
Disassembly
Remove intake manifold, air intake ducting/airbox, serpentine belt routing as required.
Access and prepare fuel rails/injectors and EVAP/PCV connections.
Supercharger & Manifold Install
Mount Whipple inverted twin-screw assembly with supplied manifold, gaskets, and hardware.
Torque to spec in sequence; route new belt per included diagram.
Intercooler System
Install dual-pass intercooler core, pump, heat exchanger, hoses, and reservoir.
Fill and bleed intercooler circuit per kit procedure; verify pump operation.
Fuel & Air
Fit supplied injectors/rails as applicable; connect EVAP/PCV and vacuum lines.
Install high-flow intake components and sensor extensions per instructions.
Calibration
Use the Tomahawk tool to flash the Ford Performance calibration.
Clear codes, perform idle relearn, verify trims and temps on warm-up.
Final Checks
Inspect for leaks, belt alignment, hose clearances, and harness routing.
Road test: light load shakedown, then progressive WOT once temps are stable.
